Yes, your first year is completely free, with every feature, unlimited students, and no credit card required until your free year ends. After that, DanceHub is $29/month. Optional integrated payment processing is available at 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
Parents register online through the parent portal on every plan. They create an account, add their dancer, pick classes, and submit. Payment is online with integrated payments, or confirmed by your studio on the free plan, and everything syncs to your dashboard.
Yes. Use any processor you prefer, or track payments manually with no transaction fees on your end. If you'd rather automate billing, you can enable DanceHub Payments anytime from your dashboard.
