Parents are responsible for reading the monthly newsletters sent via E-mail. These contain important information regarding upcoming events. Our program is cumulative and runs through June.

TUITION PAYMENTS

All students are required to be on auto-pay with an active credit card on file. Tuition will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. Half year payments (SAVE 5%): 1st installment will be charged at the time of registration, 2nd installment will be auto-charged on January 1st. Full year payments (SAVE 10%): Will be charged at the time of registration. Costumes and additional charges will NOT be auto-charged. If you would like to pay by cash/check these must be handed in to the studio prior to the 1st of each month.

LATE PAYMENTS

Monthly tuition payments are due the 1st of the month. *After two weeks of no payment, a $20.00 late fee will be applied. All bounced checks are subject to a $35.00 bounced check fee.

ATTENDANCE

Good attendance is required for your child to progress in our dance program, however if your child is exhibiting any signs of illness, we ask that you do not come to class. Any child showing signs of illness will be sent home. Alternatively, if your child has to miss class, you may e-mail Stephanie@missandreasdance.com to arrange a make-up class.

PICKUP/DROPOFF

Please arrive five minutes before class time. Parents must be on time for pick up.

DRESS CODE

Students must follow the dress code. Any student not properly prepared for class may be asked to sit out and observe.

Students 2-6: Pink or Black leotard. Appropriate shoes for class style.
Students 7 and older: Pink or Black uniform skirted leotard. Appropriate shoes for class style.
Boys: Black basketball shorts, a white or black t-shirt. Appropriate shoes for class style.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds of any kind or pro-rating for missed classes or holidays. You may arrange for your child to attend a make-up class by e-mailing Stephanie@missandreasdance.com. Make-up classes must be scheduled within one month of the missed class. There are no refunds for ordered costumes or uniforms. Costumes will be given out once all tuition and balances for the year are paid in full.

WITHDRAWAL

Any customer wishing to withdraw from the program must notify us in writing via e-mail. If you would like to withdraw from the program, please e-mail Stephanie@missandreasdance.com
If no notification is given, you will continue to be responsible for all charges until we receive a notification.

FOOD & DRINKS

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced articles. Unclaimed lost items will be donated.

WAITING AREA

Parents are not allowed to watch classes, as it is a distraction to the dancers.

WEATHER CLOSURES

During inclement weather please call the studio for information. A message will be on the answering machine to let you know if the studio is closed.
